REPRODUCIENDO: Introducción a la Nieve
This is my Tally Hall/Miracle Musical fan page!
Tally Hall is an American rock band formed in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in December 2002, and publicly active until the conclusion of their Good & Evil tour in 2011. The band's current line-up consists of guitarists Joe Hawley and Rob Cantor, bassist Zubin Sedghi, keyboardist Andrew Horowitz and drummer Ross Federman.Tally Hall's Internet Show (THIS) In 2008, ahead of their time, the band launched a 10-episode sketch comedy web series called Tally Hall's Internet Show. Filled with surreal humor, music videos, claymation, and puppet shows, it solidified their reputation as internet pioneers and created many of the memes fans still celebrate today. Current Status: The band went on an indefinite hiatus in 2011. While the members have moved on to solo careers, theater, and science, they remain close friends. Their monthly listeners on streaming platforms continue to grow every year, driven by new generations of fans discovering their music through internet animations and animatics..
Miracle Musical (ミラクルミュージカル) is a conceptual side project formed by Joe Hawley, alongside fellow members of the indie rock band Tally Hall. Released on December 12, 2012 (12/12/12), their sole masterpiece, Hawaii: Part II, is a cult-classic avant-garde concept album. Musically, it is an eclectic journey that spans across genres, seamlessly blending chamber pop, electronic synth, psychedelic rock, barbershop quartet, and 8-bit chiptune music. The Storyline: While the lyrics are highly cryptic and open to interpretation, the overarching narrative follows a tragic, surreal love story: The Meeting: A man and a woman fall in love in a beautiful, paradise-like setting (often associated with Hawaii). The Tragedy: The couple visits a forest where a horrific crime takes place—the woman is murdered, and the man is wrongfully accused of the crime. The Trial & Madness: To avoid the death penalty, the man pleads insanity. He is sent to an asylum where he undergoes brutal electroshock therapy ("The Mind Electric"), shattering his psyche and blurring the lines between reality and delusion. The Afterlife: After escaping or passing away, the protagonist drifts through the cosmos and the sea, eventually reuniting with his lover in a transcendental spiritual realm. Why it's a cult classic: Hawaii: Part II is celebrated for its theatrical storytelling, hauntingly beautiful melodies, and existential themes. It feels less like a standard music album and more like a lost, kaleidoscopic movie soundtrack for the internet age.
